Technology - Classroom IT Support

Students should contact Classroom IT Support for assistance resolving any technical issues they encounter. Classroom IT Support can assist students with issues related to login and password, software installation, online course navigation, student email, browsers and operating systems, assignment submissions and archive retrieval, FTP account setup, textbook shipment, Etextbook access, and digital course content.

Microtek IT Support via the Laptop Program

If you are a student who is eligible* for the Laptop Program and have received a laptop supplied by Microtek, please see the following information and resources:

  • Microtek provides customer service for hardware issues related to the Lenovo V14.
  • Microtek is a Lenovo Authorized Service Provider, repairing devices in warranty and out of warranty. Out-of-warranty may incur fees depending on the nature of the service.
  • The Lenovo V14 comes with a 1yr Mfr warranty from the date of purchase. It does not cover accidental damage related to broken screens, liquid damage, or other items not covered under hardware failure due to manufacturer malfunction.
  • Microtek will troubleshoot with the student to find common issues with some software failures causing issues with the hardware not functioning.
