  3. Be present at all pinning and graduation ceremonies for the cohort ahead of your own cohort.
  4. Be proud of my school and of my chosen profession at all times while upholding all membership requirements.

Additional information:

Students love being a part of our organization. We sponsor a number of events throughout the terms. We have elected officers and it is an all-student ran organization.  We have uniform shirts that we wear when we are at conferences or out in public at community events. My students have even come up with their own hashtags.  They are very active within their community and within their chosen field. They have competed against other students virtually at other campuses' and they work full-time jobs as well as perform duties on campus as student ambassadors. By being a member of the STSA they are learning time management, critical thinking skills, high standards in professionalism, communication skills, public speaking skills, networking opportunities, and they are learning that this field of study is a career path for them and something to be proud of as a chosen profession.
