Under Title 38 US Code 3679 subsection (e), this school adopts the following additional provisions for any students using U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Post 9/11 G.I. Bill® (Chapter 33) or Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (Chapter 31) benefits, while payment to the institution is pending from the VA:
For any student using U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Post 9/11 G.I. Bill® (Chapter 33) or Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (Chapter 31) benefits, Rasmussen University ensures that no penalty will be imposed, including the assessment of late fees, the denial of access to classes, libraries, or other institutional facilities, due to the delayed disbursement of a payment by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. To qualify, the student may be required to provide the VA Certificate of Eligibility (COE) by the first day of class, a written request to be certified, or additional information necessary for the proper certification by the College.
