Final Grade Appeals

Contact your Academic Advisor to discuss the process and receive the final grade appeal form(s)

  • Extenuating circumstances impacted a student’s ability to meet an academic policy (i.e., Repeating courses policy, etc.)

Policy Exception Request/Appeals

Contact  your Academic Advisor to discuss the process and receive the Policy Exception Request/Appeal form(s)

  • Disputing a violation of the academic integrity policy after a corrective action was implemented by either the faculty or the Academic Integrity Committee

Academic Integrity Appeals

Contact your Academic Advisor to discuss process and receive the appropriate Academic Integrity Appeal form(s)

  • For any concern involving sexual misconduct and/or gender-based discrimination involving another student or employee
